I think we’ll all remember where we were when Boris announced the lock-down of the UK last night. It came as a bit of a surprise to me, I was expecting a lock-down of London but not the whole country.
I just wanted to send a quick note to reiterate that Medacy will do everyone it can to support you during this difficult time.
As you know, you are all Essential Workers but I didn’t need the government to tell me that. Clinical Pharmacists will have a massive part to play over the next few months, keeping patients safe and supplied with their medications. There may be times over the coming months where we are asked to undertake tasks we have never done before. To keep us all safe and supported, I would ask that you call one of the senior management team to discuss and document everything.
