We’re excited to announce the launch of Medacy PCN Recruitment Services. Primarily aimed at Primary Care Networks (PCN), Medacy PCN Recruitment Services uses Medacy’s unique combination of expertise in Primary Care and Clinical Recruitment to provide a service that is second to none.
Medacy PCN Recruitment will offer services to recruit permanent members of staff and locum cover for permanent vacancies.

Costs
There are two models for charging for the recruitment service provided by Medacy Clinical Recruitment Services;
- Retained Recruitment Service – In this model, the Primary Care Organisation pays an annual fee for recruitment services. No additional costs are charged during the year, and this covers recruitment for permanent positions, maternity leave and for arranging locum cover for permanent posts. There are no limits on the number of hires we complete during the 12 month period. This model can cover all the posts listed above or a selection of the roles listed.
- Contingent Recruitment Service – In this model, the Primary Care Organisation will pay a recruitment fee for each role.
