Are you an IP Pharmacist looking for a new challenge?
Medacy is desperately looking for experienced IP Pharmacists to work on practice, PCN and CCG level projects. We want Pharmacists who can hit the road running at the start of a project and are energetic self-starters. Successful candidates will join The Medacy Practice, our unique peer support network for clinical pharmacists and become integral to a company that pushes the roll of Clinical Pharmacists in improving outcomes for patients.

The ideal IP Pharmacist candidate for the roles will have:
- Previous GP Practice experience
- Experience using SystmOne and EMIS web  –
- At least 3 years post-graduate experience
- Excellent Clinical knowledge
- The commitment to continue to learn and develop.
- The confidence to work with different practices
- Contribute fully with The Medacy Practice
Responsibilities and Duties
- Delivering specific medicines management and optimisation projects
- Conducting Structured Medication Reviews
- Liaising with local community pharmacies and hospital pharmacy teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- The ability to convey information to fellow healthcare professionals and the most challenging patients
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and annotated with IP Status
- Hold Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to CPD
- Knowledge of the role of a Primary Care Pharmacist
