Medacy can provide services in practice, remotely or as a hybrid model. Medacy has been supporting practices remotely long before COVID so we have had years to hone our remote offering and integration.

We see remote support as our levelling-up superpower, meaning that rural patients can benefit from the same level of clinical pharmacy support as inner-city patients.

It can take as little as 24 hours to set up and integrate our remote services into your network. Having provided remote clinical pharmacists to PCNs across the country since their inception in 2019. If your requirements need something a bit more bespoke or require additional planning, we will provide you with an updated timescale after discussing your requirements in more details. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our clinical services are managed by a Clinical Services Lead pharmacist who will work with your PCN and individual practices to derive maximum benefit from Medacy support and will be your point of contact throughout the contract.

We conduct frequent performance reviews and updates with the pharmacists and pharmacist technicians, ensuring that there is consistent and effective communication between a PCN, the clinical staff member and ourselves. This allows us to spot, highlight and mitigate any issues as quickly as possible.

Medacy has developed an environment in which its pharmacists and pharmacy technicians can thrive. We share best practices across the Team, which means client practices and PCNs derive maximum benefits.
